Glenn T. Henneberger

Partner Glenn Henneberger is highly experienced in all aspects of intellectual property law with an emphasis on inter partes matters including patent and trademark litigation before the federal and appellate courts as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also experienced in all phases of patent and trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Fields of technology include analog and digital circuitry, power systems, mechanical and electromechanical systems, optical security devices for documents, computer hardware and software, containers and closures, medical and dental devices, lasers and optics.

All phases of intellectual property law including litigation, licensing, reexaminations, foreign oppositions, product clearances, opinions, and domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution.
