Mr. Ellenbogen’s specialties includes patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, and related counseling and opinion work, and his practice focuses mainly on preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electrical, electronic, software and mechanical arts, particularly semiconductor devices and processing, nanotechnology, memory systems and devices, signal processing and conversion, wireless communications, digital radio, analog and digital filters, optical processors and data storage.
