Welcome Matthew Solow and Andrea Wilkovich To The Partnership

Hoffmann & Baron is delighted to welcome Matthew Solow and Andrea Wilkovich to the partnership. They have both established themselves as integral members of the firm with their high work ethic, exceptional quality and high productivity, as well as establishing excellent relations with clients.

During the summer of 2020, Matthew Solow was promoted to the firm’s partnership. Matthew joined H&B after nearly a decade at two boutique IP law firms in Manhattan and focuses on patent prosecution for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemistry and mechanical arts. He is also part of the firm’s litigiation and Inter Partes Reviews teams. Matthew has extensive experience in patent invalidity and non-infringement opinions, as well as counseling clients on various issues related to patent validity and infringement.

The firm is pleased to announce our newest partner, Andrea Wilkovich. Andrea came to H&B from Leydig, Voit & Mayer in Chicago and continues to be an important part of the H&B arsenal of attorneys. Andrea handles a wide variety of technologies including chemical, pharmaceutical, biological and mechanical arts, as well as trademarks, and has developed particular expertise in EPO Opposition matters, where she has been instrumental in obtaining a large number of successful dispositions/wins. She joined as an associate, was promoted to senior attorney and now takes her place as a partner.
