Robert Neuner Named New York Super Lawyer

Robert Neuner has extensive experience and success in Intellectual Property litigation, especially in the pre-trial, trial and appeal of patent, copyright, trademark, and trade dress cases. As a result of his extensive experience and reputation in the field, he has also been called upon by Federal District Courts to serve as Special Master in patent cases. His work as Special Master includes oversight of discovery, settlement discussions, as well as claim construction rulings.

He also lectures extensively regarding trial and appeal of Intellectual Property cases. For ten years, he wrote a regular column on Patent and Trademark Law for the New York Law Journal.

Mr. Neuner was the President of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association from 2001 to 2002. He has been listed in the U.S. Guide, America’s Leading Business Lawyers since 2003, Chambers Global The World’s Leading Lawyers since 2004, and The Best Lawyers in America, 2006 – 2009; and he has been named a “New York Super Lawyer” in the New York Super Lawyers, Manhattan Edition, a special supplement in The New York Times by Law & Politics, 2006 – 2008. He is also recognized in The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers, 2008.

Bob has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and his law degree from Fordham University School of Law. He has been admitted in New York State, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, United States Courts of Appeal for the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Seventh, Ninth, and Federal Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Federal District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
